GAP Services, Inc. (GAP) represents the complete line of Muller - ITW stretch packaging systems. From the revolutionary, high speed, and economical Octopus (202 / 404 / 505 / 606 / 808) line, to the traditional overhead rotary tower (Cobra 1500) and turntable (Raptor 1500) style machines, to semi-automatic (Raptor 200 / Raptor 500 / Cobra 500) systems, Muller has a machine to suit your needs.

Muller - ITW's Octopus systems, along with several other models, are produced in the Montreal manufacturing plant. All production is done in accordance with strict ISO 9001 quality standards. This Canadian facility serves the Canadian and American markets.

Conventional Stretch Wrapping Machines

Rotary Toweer Automatic, Cobra 1500 A + Cobra 1500 CN

The unique rotating arm of the Multee Automatic represents yet another way to effectively wrap loads without spinning them on a turntable. This method of wrapping is especially useful when wrapping light loads, fragile loads, or any load which might fall apart if spun on a turntable. The Multee Automatic is available in a wide range of prices and capabilities and offers several options to meet even the most challanging stretch packaging operations.

Rotary Tower Semi-Automatic, Cobra 500

The Multee semi-automatic provides a cost effective means of wrapping in a semi-automatic enviroment. It is particularily suited to wrapping light loads, fragile loads, or any load which might fall apart if spun on a turntable.

Turntable Automatic, Raptor 1500 CN CR + Raptor 1500 P

For customers who prefer a traditional turntable style stretch wrapping machine, the 405 offers reliability and efficiency. The 405 is designed and built for long service life and low maintenance operation. Heavy gauge steel, ring gear drive systems and PLC controls are just a few of the features that makes the 405 the most rugged turntable wrapper in the industry.

Turntable Semi-Automatic, Raptor 200

The 2100 semi-automatic provides a cost effective means of wrapping in a semi-automatic enviroment. It is particularily suited to budget minded customers with applications where portability and ease of use are the primary considerations.

Turntable Semi-Automatic, Raptor 500

The 2200 semi-automatic provides a cost effective means of wrapping in a semi-automatic enviroment. It is suited to applications where portability, ease of use, and an extensive array of options are the primary considerations.
