Series 41S Shuttle Palletizer

Overview

The Series 41S has the ability to palletize two different products at the same time, through one standard palletizer by accumulating one layer of product at a time and then shuttling the 2 different pallets into and out of the loading area. Capable of speeds up to 30 cases/min.

Twin lane product infeed and meter belt conveyors.
Pallet dispensing from 20 pallet capacity dispenser.
Shuttle car to transfer the pallet to the loading station.
Parallel chain conveyors to move the loaded pallet to an off loading position.
Operator interface panel with diagnostics.
