Preventive Maintenance (PM) Service With the ever growing usage of stretch wrap, GAP has observed that: More units are going into branch plants and warehouses which do not have in-house mechanics or electricians to do the regular PM's on equipment which are required so as not to void warranties. With the advances made in the industry units are becoming more complicated and expensive, resulting in higher service bills for repairs irregular preventive maintenance is not performed. Even companies with their own in-house staff often do not have the expertise to maintain and fine tune a pre-stretcher which can result in wasted film and shipping unsecured loads. GAP Has designed a PM call during which a factory trained service technician will check your machine (no matter what make), and perform the following operations: Oiling, greasing and lubrication (materials supplied).
